The smell of feet "treatment"

The smell of feet is a common problem and very embarrassing. Usually occurs because of sweating. Sometimes, it may be due to wear shoes and socks for long periods of time, wear socks or synthetic / nylon, or not to change socks and shoes for your most frequently. Smelly feet (foot odor; foul; bromidrosis) can be embarrassing and uncomfortable. Fortunately, there are a number of things you can do to help.
To avoid the smell of feet:
The use of clean socks and change them daily. Can be thick, cotton socks have lifesaver.They absorb sweat and provide a layer between your feet and shoes.
Dry your feet thoroughly after your bath. In fact, sit under the fan for a few minutes to dry completely.
The use of an anti-fungal powder, especially between your toes, and then cleaned with a cologne. You may need to use
Spray deodorant as well.
Do not wear the same shoes everyday.Change them day after day.
Prevent the smell of feet:
It is relatively easy to control most of the smell of feet through a number of preventive steps:
a good foot hygiene to reduce bacteria to low levels is the first place to start
bathing your feet daily in lukewarm water with mild soap and dry thoroughly, especially between the toes.
Change your socks at least once a day (change your shoes as well as if you sweat a lot).
Dust your feet frequently with foot powder (always wipe beteen the toes to remove excess moisture, so that it does not 'rule "between the toes).
