Be carefull about your skin in summer.... easy makeup tips

Almost all of you must be preparing yourself carefully to welcome the summer season.This care not only includes your wardrobe, skin treatment plans, new hair styles, but also how to do make-up in the hot season. We will give some of the tips about doing summer make-up; because we want you to look fresh even in hot season.One of the very essential steps of protecting your skin is to protect it from the ultra violet sun rays. So try to apply some good quality sun block before going out, or use the lotions & creams those contain sun screen treatment. You can also protect your skin from damaging (sun sports or dark complexion) by using moisturizer that contains SPF factor of 15 or more; on daily basis. You should do cleansing regularly at least twice in a day and you can also use the moisturizer before starting make-up. Apply the moisturizer and leave it for some time to observe gently and then apply foundation.Do not try to apply heavy bases and foundations, as they make you to give intense look. Use lighter foundation or base with a damp sponge. A slight touch of concealer under the eye can add glow. To have a glow on the whole face, using bronzing powder is the good idea; but be careful in selecting the right bronzing powder according to your skin tone.For eye shadows, prefer neutral shades in summer season. A soft touch of mascara with the thin eye liner simply adds a new life into your eyes. In this regard the most important thing is to use water proof mascara. Another thing important thing is that it’s good to use black-brown or simple brown mascara.For soft & shiny lips keep your lip balm in your hand bag. If you are fancy to go for lipstick or gloss then use light shades to avoid heavy look. In the night time a highlighter can surely gives you the glamorous and stunning look. Skin prone to rough, uncaring treatment leads to loss in skin elasticity and causes wrinkles and lines appear. The most appealing asset any woman can possess is a beautiful dewy skin. Your skin requires constant monitoring and pampering.Do not wait for a problem to arise before you start caring for your skin. No amount of make up can camouflage 'the flaws on the skin' caused by indifference and neglect. Constant care, cleansing, toning, moisturizing and nourishing all round the year are the fundamental routine to be followed by every woman.Many people are concerned with not only their health. Some people think that it is not healthy to become a vegetarian or vegan and that you will become weak and skinny. Healthy skin and good nutrition generally go hand in hand. Vitamins and minerals that play an important role in maintaining the quality of your skin include vitamins A, C, and E, and minerals such as selenium and zinc. In maintaining a healthy skin it is important to eat foods that are rich in vitamin A.Vitamin C by eating foods that re rich in vitamin C. This will help the skin to fight against the harmful effects of the damages caused by the sun’s ultraviolet rays. Antioxidants can also be very helpful with regards to nutrition for healthy skin. Antioxidants can prevent damage done to cells by free radicals, which damage cell membranes. This can help to naturally protect your skin against the harmful effects of the sun. Common antioxidants include Vitamins C and E, which do indeed have significant antioxidant activity as well as many other important metabolic functions.These vitamins are excellent supplements to the diet in any case. Biotin is good nutrition for skin. It is a found banans ,eggs ,oatmeal and rice. Selenium can protect your skin against sun damage by helping to minimize the damage caused by free radicals.Proteins, help in the proper growth and production of new skin cells. Proteins, which are the chains of amino acids, are responsible for proper skin cell growth and maintenance of skin cells. The protein, which is available in meat, poultry, fish, and dairy is called as complete protein as it contains essential amino acids necessary for building and maintaining skin cells.Vitamin D Helps us absorb calcium. Most people obtain all the vitamin D they need from sunlight on their skin. Certain foods are fortified with it as well, like cereals and vegetable margarine. Eating foods rich in fiber is good complexion for skin. Fiber, or roughage, is composed from the plant’s cell wall material. Good sources of dietary fiber are whole grains, legumes, citrus fruits, nuts, and vegetables.
Zinc is use healthy skin. The best way to prevent skin is to protect yourself from the sun. Avoid sun exposure when the sun's rays are the strongest, between 11 am and 4 pm. Wear a broad- brinked hat, long sleeves, and long pants or a long skirt when in the sun. Eating fatty fish, containing salmon, is also recommended because they contribute beneficial fatty acids to the diet that help protect the skin from sun damage.
Drink plenty of fluids:
water, juices, milk, soups, and more. There are many types of beans, pulses and nuts - so it shouldn't be too hard to try and eat some every day. Add them to soups, pasta sauces and curries. Beans are an excellent beginning of certain proteins and iron. Nuts and seeds are rich in different proteins and in essential fats. Scheduling meals and snacks helps assure a healthy diet for preschoolers. Avoid tanning beds. They are not a safe alternative to natural tanning. They use UV light and can increase your risk of skin cancer and skin damage.Vegetarians specially need to plan their diets carefully to include protein rich foods such as soya beans, sprouts, cheese, milk, grains, peas & beans. Freshly made cheese from toned milk is an excellent source of protein for the vegetarians.Consume 8-10 glasses of water daily.There is a direct relationship between what you put into your body and what shows up on your skin. What you eat feeds your skin. Thus it makes sense that by choosing your foods with your skin in mind, you can actually alter and help the condition of your skin. For example, everyone should drink a lot of water each day. It is not only good for your system, it helps keep dry and dehydrated skin moist.
If you have truly oily skin, I would not eat foods with a high oil content. These include all fried foods, creamy salad dressings and sauces, avocados, olives and the like. Healthy foods to concentrate on include vegetables, fruits and citrus juices.Taking vitamin E may also help to lubricate your skin. Be sure to drink water, but stay away from caffeine, as it is a diuretic and will only further dehydrate your system.
